Re/Evolve Fitness is located in Coopersburg, PA. Classes include Cycle, Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, STRONG Nation™, Cycling Sculpt, and Advance Cycle Express. All classes are thoughtfully designed to help you work out in a safe environment and all levels are welcomed.

Owner & Instructor

Sarah Mauthe

Sarah Mauthe is the owner and instructor at Re/Evolve Fitness. Her mission is to provide the community with a healthy outlet to physically, mentally, and socially achieve their goals. Sarah has been an instructor for over seven years and her certifications include Tabata Bootcamp, STRONG Nation™, Schwinn Cycle, and CPR with Advanced Life Saving. She recently graduated from Cedar Crest College with a BA in Business and works part-time as a dental hygienist and real estate agent. Her passions include hanging out with her family and 3 dogs, traveling, trying new foods, teaching fitness, and staying active. Sarah works closely with her fitness clients to help them achieve their goals on all levels.

Yoga Instructor

Rick Braun

Rick is the certified yoga instructor for Re/Evolve Fitness. His passion for yoga began at the young age of 50 and after taking his second class he recognized the benefits associated with yoga and was hooked. He graduated in 2018 from YogaCise Studio with a 200hr RCYT. Rick prides himself on shaping his classes to the comfort of his fellow Yoga lovers but also likes to achieve a maximum level of benefit for the class experience. His classes target increased energy, stamina, strength, flexibility, metabolism, and awareness for a balanced mind and body. When Rick is off the mat, he can be found outdoors on the Rail Trail, mountain biking, golfing, hiking, or just taking care of his home and 2 cats.

Classes subject to change on a weekly basis. Please check the schedule and sign up ahead of time. Cycle classes are limited to 6 people due to social distancing. Yoga and Strong are limited to 10 people. All CDC guidelines are being adhered to.
